The shower lacked a door. This design resulted in water spreading across the bathroom floor after each use, inconvenient.

Excellent Experience at the Riverfront Stay

The room was very spacious and quiet, it allowed for good relaxation. Breakfast had many choices and staff was accommodating to my needs. I enjoyed eggs benedict during the breakfast, there was also a great selection of other foods.

This place is near major landmarks. It is also close to a tram stop located fifty meters from the hotel. I found it easy to access destinations and attractions , made sightseeing simple.

Staff are very helpful. They moved my mother to an accessible room on the ground floor and this improved her experience. The manager, Mr Allan Jones, gave the best attention and selected all wonderful places to be for us.

i found the location very convenient. the hotel provided immaculate housekeeping every day. the fresh fruit and chocolates in my room upon arrival were good!!!
the shower did not drain properly. this left standing water after every use. i was served spoiled apple juice one morning.
The room was a Full Fresco Baroque King Room. It had excellent mural-painted walls. The four-poster bed added to the room's charm. The hotel's courtyard provided a very beautiful entrance for the guests.
The shower water was not hot enough.
