The hotel rooms were very spacious and comfortable with a sitting area along the side of the building, well-equipped with amenities like a hair dryer, safe, and coffee facilities. They offered a great view of the street and waterfront. The service was helpful and kind, making the stay in Prague enjoyable. The location was central to the main attractions of Praha 1, ideal for exploring Prague on foot. The dining experience was delightful with a well-organized staff and a good food selection. Overall, the hotel provided a convenient and pleasant stay.

The hotel is situated just next to the Charles Bridge, offering a great view and easy access to major historic sites. The rooms are incredibly spacious and cozy, perfect for relaxing after a day of sightseeing, although noise from partygoers can be disturbing at times. The service is exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to assist guests, and the location is excellent for exploring Prague's attractions. However, the dining options may not fully align with the prices of other restaurants in the area.

The room I reserved online lived up to the exquisite pictures with plenty of amenities, including a clock, robes, a hairdryer, and even a smart phone provided by the hotel for exploring the city. The only slight inconvenience was a low ceiling at the center of the room, but the upgrade offered to the Presidential Suite made up for it. The service was exceptional, from car pick up to drop off, the staff was friendly, helpful, and made my stay extra enjoyable. The location couldn't have been better, within walking distance to all major points of interest. The dining experience exceeded my expectations, with a well-organized team and a good food selection. The facilities were top-notch.
